Two Dare residents arrested on heroin trafficking charges

Wesley Taylor Foster, 29 of Southern Shores and Tina Michelle Davis, 35, of Kill Devil Hills were arrested during a traffic stop on July 3. Both were charged with felony trafficking, after a large quantity of heroin was found in their vehicle.

Dare commissioners recognize FFHS state champions

FFHS Women's Soccer team, along with Alex Rodman, track, and Jeremy Derby, wrestling, were recognized recently as state championship winners. The team is joins the 2008 Women’s Team and the 2016 Men’s Team in bringing home a state title.
