Cecil Guy Link of Kill Devil Hills, May 7

Cecil Guy Link, 75, of Kill Devil Hills passed away peacefully in Nags Head May 7, 2019. Cecil was born in Hickory, NC and was a professional engineer in water services for many years.

Cecil’s survivors include his wife, Christine Link of the Kill Devil Hills residence; his two daughters and their families; and many other caring relatives and friends.

Per his wishes, the family is planning a celebration of Cecil’s life to be held in the near future.
