Tanger changes hands, will become Outlets Nags Head

A Chicago company has bought Tanger Outlets in Nags Head as part of a sale of four properties totaling $130.5 million.

Singerman Real Estate and The Outlet Resource Group acquired the four outlet centers. The Outlet Resource Group will oversee leasing and marketing and Avison Young will act as property manager.

The 82,000-square-foot mall will be renamed Outlets Nags Head.
