Betty Lou Lester Walton, 80, of Kill Devil Hills, NC died Friday, March 1, 2019. Born in Norfolk, VA on May 22, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Molly Virginia Midgett and Lundy Earl Lester.

Betty is survived by her husband, Talmage M. Walton Sr.; two sons, Talmage M. Walton Jr. of Kill Devil Hills, NC and Earl R. Walton of Virginia Beach, VA; two grandchildren, David M. Walton of Portsmouth, VA and Andrea L. Walton of New Bern, NC; and four great-grandchildren, Bradley and Isaac Warren on New Bern, NC and Olivia and Milo Walton of Portsmouth, VA.

In keeping with her wishes, there will be no service at this time.
