Theatre of Dare is teaming up with the Dare County Arts Council for “Every Christmas Story Ever Told (And Then Some)”, a crazy cavalcade of comedic Christmas cheer.

A three-person cast performs virtually every Christmas story ever told, from holiday traditions around the world to seasonal icons and topical pop culture, as well as every carol ever sung.

Performances of this madcap romp through the holiday season will be at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 2; Friday Dec. 8 and Saturday Dec. 9; and at 2 p.m. on Sunday Dec. 3 and 10.

All shows will be performed upstairs at the Dare County Arts Council Building in downtown Manteo.

Tickets are $12 for adults, $9 for season ticket holders, and $6 for students. Seating is limited, so purchase of advance tickets is recommended.

The show’s content and language are appropriate for all ages, but there is a comedic debate about the existence of Santa Claus. Parents may want to leave young believers at home to avoid that conversation.
