General ranks very high on the list of adoptable dogs at the shelter.

He is an affectionate, smart and fun-loving Am Staff mix who has come a long way in a short period of time. He is about 3 years old and has striking good looks.

General was rather shy and hesitant, especially around loud noises and small children when he first arrived. However, with consistent training and socialization, he has earned top marks in basic commands, leash walks, and the company of most other dogs and human friends.

He counts among his favorite things: treats, belly rubs, long walks, and car rides. He is also sponsored for $50 of his adoption fee of $85.
