The 1921 silent film that was the genesis of “The Lost Colony” will be shown on Sunday at the Pioneer Theater.

Ray Mathews’ photography, “Portsmouth Island Church” won The Best in Show Award at the 34th Frank Stick Show. The exhibition was organized by Dare County Arts Council at the Glenn Eure’s Ghost Fleet Gallery in Nags Head.

Tosh Tour Twenty Twelve will travel nationwide starting on Thursday, April 5, in Austin, Tex. Toth will be performing at the Landmark Theater in Richmond, Va. on Thursday, April 12.
