The chance of rain is 100 percent on the Outer Banks tonight, and the National Weather Service says to watch for flooding in low-lying areas.
Nearly an inch of rain is likely through dawn Saturday with another inch possible into mid-day the weather service forecasts.
At least it won’t be too cold. Temperatures are expected to approach 60 Saturday.
After a sunny Sunday, more rain is forecast to arrive by Monday night.
