  • Sandy Semans Ross says:

Awe is expressed throughout the world when the US begins its voting cycle. Our politicians spend months throwing verbal spit balls back and forth. And some citizens have to place friendships on hold until after election day in order to preserve them. But after votes are cast, we are ready to hear the results and move on to a new day, knowing that the results won’t prompt bombings, uprisings or unimaginable violence. Remember to show your appreciation of being given this right to choose our own leaders. Celebrate it by casting your vote.

How come I was able to vote for all district s instead of just the one Ilive in?

  • Sam Walker says:

Good point “Voted today”…while the candidates for each of the districts have to reside in that district, all voters in the county have the opportunity to vote on those candidates. A number of counties around the region use this method.
