BBQ chicken sale for Currituck Animal Shelter

The Currituck Animal Lovers Assistance League will hold a barbecue chicken dinner to benefit the Currituck Animal Shelter on Friday, Sept. 7 from 11 a.m. until all plates are sold at P.J.’s Elite Thrift Store at the corner of N.C. 168 and Bells Island Road in Currituck.

Plates are $7 for white meat, $6 for dark meet, with drinks and desserts also on sale for $1.

Orders of four or more plates can be delivered between Moyock and Grandy on the day of the sale by calling 252-232-0422 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
