Photos capture impressive waterspout
A waterspout prompted a tornado warning for Rodanthe from the National Weather Service and shortly afterward for the central Outer Banks. The photo impressed a number of weather enthusiasts and personnel from The Weather Channel when it was posted on Twitter.Larry Dykema took this shot of the waterspout from a rental house in Waves.
