Small transformer fire draws a big audience

[nggallery id="23"]Dozens of vacationers on decks and in driveways cheered Thursday when a Dominion Power worker rose up in a cherry picker and doused a transformer fire. The small fire happened around dusk just north of Jennette’s Pier.
