Bridge at new Pea Island inlet will be 2 miles long

A permanent replacement at the breach cut by Hurricane Irene will be 25 feet high. Long-term plans have not been finalized for an area on the north end of Rodanthe that was washed out.

I hope you are wrong Sandbox. There is a Beach Access and a Boat Ramp at New Inlet that get a lot of use.
