Two men held up the Brew Thru near Jockey’s Ridge Tuesday night and sped off with an undisclosed amount of money.

The Nags Head Police Department is seeking information on the armed robbery, which took place at about 11:45 p.m.

Both suspects are white males, 18 to 20 years old, lanky and 5-feet 7-inches to 6 feet tall, according to a statement from the town. Each was wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt, with a bandana covering the lower half of his face. They confronted the clerk with a weapon and demanded money.

They left the area in a light-colored, late-model four-door sedan, believed to be a Volkswagen Passat, heading south on S. Virginia Dare Trail.

Anyone with information can contact Nags Head Police Chief Kevin Brinkley at (252) 441-6386 or the Dare County Community Crime Line at (252) 473-3111.
