New tasting lounge opens at Chip’s Wine & Beer

Chip’s Wine and Beer Market has completed a major expansion with the addition of a new tasting lounge at their Kill Devil Hills store.

The lounge provides visitors the opportunity to taste over 20 wines in flights, taste six rotating craft beers on tap, and enjoy full glasses of wine and pints of beer while relaxing in a newly updated lounge.

Chip’s Tasting Lounge provides the island’s first location to offer both wine flights and craft beer samplers. Wine lovers are able to pick their own selections to build flights of three or six wines at a time and enjoy self-serve access to reserve tasting wines in the area’s only automated wine stations.

A sampler platter of all six beers allow craft beer lovers to explore the beers on draft that constantly rotate with new craft brews.

Chip’s is located at the MP 6 shopping center in Kill Devil Hills.
